8 ft at the dam and rising to <3 ft in the shallows.
An average of about 5 ft.
Bottom:
Sandy/clay with hard margins and hard areas with silt in the shallows.

8 islands in the shallows and tree-lined margins.
Facilities:
Shower, toilet and utility room located at the rear of the lakeside

the lakeside house. All facilities freely available 24/7.

for washing-up, a fridge-freezer for your food and bait and free mains
electricity points to re-charge your bait boat and mobiles etc.
No generators, no dirty lake water to shower in, no locked shower

Your tackle is taken to your chosen swim, and help is available if
you want to move swims.

Custom made Carp Heaven frozen boilies are available on-site. Must

chosen on a first come first choose basis after 12.00 noon. If necessary
a draw will take place at 12.00 noon.
