There are upwards of 280 carp with the majority going over 20 lbs, there are plenty of 30's and several over 40 lbs with the largest fish caught so far being a mirror of 46 lbs. There are some commons but mostly they are mirrors. Some of the carp are the typical french looking fish, Royales, with few scales but many others are very "english" looking in their scaley patterns and very pretty.

There is a maximum of only 6 anglers per week and a limit of 120 anglers per season, that's an incredibly low average of only 5 anglers per week, the fish are never over pressured and have plenty of time to relax during the winter when they can enjoy the winter feed I give them. Next year they will be even bigger!!

The carp are growing well and the gallery shows some of the fantastic carp of all sizes, not just the big fish.
