House Bay.

This is the first swim along the south bank and offers a huge area of lake to fish.
The carp in this lake patrol the margins but tend to keep on the far side of the lake. They like their peace and quiet.
This swim offers a fantastic oportunity to fish along the dam wall margin in front of the house and also around
the whole bay to the left as well as giving the chance to fish in open water which can be very productive.
It helps if you have a bait boat for this swim but if you can cast about 100yds then you can reach all the best spots.
